1/4 cup water
Directions
Peel, core, and slice apples and load into slow cooker.
Add lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, and water.
Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
Smash with potato masher until desired consistency.
Spoon into jars or containers and refrigerate.
