Overnight Cookie Dough for Bfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3 scoops vanilla protein

  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Chocolate chips to your hearts desire! (Choose a brand with no refined sugar)

Directions

  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  • Whisk the cottage cheese, yogurt, sweetener and almond butter.

  • Stir in the almond flour, protein and salt until smooth.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight. Enjoy!
