½ CUP SUGAR FREE ORANGE GINGER
MARINADE (G.HUGHS)
1 TBSP CORN STARCH
2 TBSP WATER
Directions
1. SEASON CHICKEN BREAST WITH SALT PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER. COOK IN A HOT SKILLET FOR 5 MINUTES EACH SIDE UNTIL COOKED THROUGH. REMOVE TO PLATE.
2. MIX THE CORN STARCH AND WATER TOGETHER CREATING A SLURRY.
3. DEGLAZE THE SKILLET WITH THE CHICKEN BROTH, ADD THE ORANGE GINGER MARINADE AND STIR IN THE CORNSTARCH SLURRY COOKING UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS.
4. ADD THE CHICKEN TO SAUCE COAT WELL AND SERVE ATOP RICE WITH GREEN BEANS
