Thai Red Curry Dumplings & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 20 frozen dumplings of your choice

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp of Thai red curry paste

  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

  • 2 tsp crispy chilli oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 spring onions finely chopped

  • handful of chopped parsley or coriander

Noodles

  • 200g-300g noodle type of your choice

  • veggies of your choice

  • meat of your choice, we did pork belly

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

  2. Combine in an oven dish coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and spring onions together using a whisk.

  3. Add your frozen dumplings to the pan and cook in the oven for 20 mins.

  4. Cook your noodles according to the packet instructions and add any extra meat/veg etc of your choice.

  5. Serve the dumpling on a plate and use the remaining sauce for the noodles.
