In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, hot paprika, cumin, garam masala, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
Coat the boneless skinless chicken thighs in half of the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the remaining marinade with tomato paste to create a zesty pizza sauce.
Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat until lightly charred and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Spread the sauce generously on the naan, then top it with the grilled chicken, scattered mango, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
Place the assembled naan pizzas on the grill or skillet. Cook until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
