Chicken Chipulos

1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 cup salsa verde or small can of salsa verde (4oz)
1/2 cup canned/jar jalapenos or a few fresh jalapenos
10 oz sour cream
2 medium onions finely chopped
3 medium or 2 large full chicken breasts
16 large tortilla shells
16oz Shredded Mexican cheese
Directions
1. Boil water, then put chicken in it and cook for 20-30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
3. in a large bowl mix together cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, salsa verde, jalapenos, sour cream, and chopped onions.
4. Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the mixture.
5. Rip up tortillas into 2-3 inch shreds.
6. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, put a layer of tortilla shreds, then a layer of the mixture, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. --Do this process again in another 9x13 baking pan.
7. Bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
