Easy 5-Minute Tzatziki Sauce (without Cucumber)

1/2 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt, more to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until fully combined. Taste test and adjust as needed per your preferences. Drizzle with olive oil for serving, if desired.
Serve as a dip with warm pitas, in a gyro, or with Mediterranean Nachos. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
The recipe makes approximately 1/2 cup of sauce.
