Cream Puffs

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 c flour
4 eggs
Directions
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Drop by spoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45 - 50 minutes until dry. Allow to cool slowly. Cut off tops. Scoop out any filaments of soft dough. Fill with whipped cream. Replace top. Dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
These can be filled with any variety pudding, too.
