Miso Chili Crisp Salad Recipe

1/2 a cabbage (makes ~2 servings)
1 tbsp white miso
1-2 tbsp chili crisp (I used @eat.mila chili crisp)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp fish sauce (optional)
Directions
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set it aside
Thinly slice the cabbage. A veggie shaver also works well to create thinly sliced cabbage.
Coat well with the dressing
Garnish with cilantro, roasted sesame seeds, almonds, and/or chopped scallions. Top with choice of protein.
