Bang Bang Chicken Skewer

Ingredients

6-7 chicken thighs, sliced into chuncks

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

2 tbs maple syrup (honey works too.)

1/2 cup light mayo

1 lime, juiced

1/4 cup sweet thai chilli sauce

1/4 cup sriracha

Directions

Into a bowl add in the chopped chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, maple syrup. Mix and allow to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight for big flavours. After chicken is done marinading place the chicken onto skewers.

In a small bowl mix together mayo, lime juice, thai chilli sauce, and sriracha. Brush the sauce onto the chicken skewers.

Preheat grill and lay skewers down on the hot grill for about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the grill when done cooking and brush with extra bang bang sauce.
