Potato Soup

Ingredients

4 or 5 green onions, choped

3 stalks celery, chopped

2 sliced carrots

1/4 tsp paprika

5-6 strips bacon, cut up well, drained

4 large potatoes, diced

2 chicken stock cubes

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 c hot water

13 oz can evaporated milk

Directions

Fry bacon, drain.

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook low 10-12 hours, high 3-4 hours.

Puree & add milk. Heat for 20-30 minutes.
