Apple Fritter Muffin ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿง

40g Protein | ๐Ÿ”ฅ 10g Carbs | ๐Ÿง 8g Fat | โš–๏ธ 285 Calories

1 scoop Protein Milkshake

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or apple butter

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup protein pancake mix

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon

1 tsp 0-cal sweetener

1 chopped apple

Protein Icing:

1 scoop Protein Milkshake

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp zero-sugar sweetener

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Microwave seasoned apple pieces 2 mins. Mix all muffin ingredients (incl. apples); microwave 90 secs or bake at 350ยฐF for 10 mins.

Top with icing & enjoy!
