Ingredients

Two strips thick bacon slices

One bunch baby turnip

Salt

White pepper

Directions

Wash and cut turnips into slices.

Cut bacon into squares.

Fry bacon on medium low heat, until most of the fat has rendered and bacon soft but not yet crispy. Spoon out excess fat if needed.

Turn heat to high, toss in turnip into pan. Add pinch of salt and white pepper.

Stir fry together until turnip is soft and brown around edges.

Serve with optionally more white pepper.

Notes

this recipe is as good as quality of the bacon.
