Slow Cooker Size: 6½-quart (6.2-L) or larger

Sarah served this dish to dinner guests, and they

were ecstatic as it had been years since they had

eaten Little Smokies. They were amazed by how good they could taste! Bacon and real maple syrup with the brown sugar give these meaty bites a touch of sweetness. If you are serving a large group, you can easily do two crocks at once with double the smokies. A 6½-quart (6.2-L) slow cooker works well, as you want to try and get these in one flat layer. A casserole slow cooker would work great, too!
