Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 c shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T ketchup
1 T mustard
Garlic Parmesan Butter
1/4 c butter, melted
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T chopped parsley
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
For the Bombs
12 slider buns or dinner rolls
Directions
Cook ground beef til browned
Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper. Stir and cook another 2 min.
Preheat 375*
In a small bowl, mix together butter, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oil and salt. Stir well and set aside.
Slice buns in half, keeping them attached. Place spoonful of cooled cheeseburger filling onto bottom half of bun. Sprinkle cheese on top of filling. Place top half of bun on top and gently press down.
Place assembled buns in baking dish and brush butter mixture over top of each bun.
Bake for 15-20 min or until buns are golden brown and cheese has melted.
