Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or fillets

1 egg

100g cornflakes, crushed

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp garlic salt

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp butter

10g chopped parsley

1 pinch chilli flakes

Small handful grated Parmesan

RECIPE

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with garlic salt and dried parsley

Dip into egg then cover and coat with seasoned cornflakes, same seasoning as chicken (to ensure cornflakes stay crispy, only add a bit at a time to the plate)

Put in the airfryer and spray with cooking spray/oil. Cook for 12 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. turning over after 8 minutes

Directions

Mix together the melted butter, crushed garlic cloves, chopped parsley, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt then pour over the chicken when done or rub over with a brush/ scoop over with spoon

Cover in Parmesan on both sides and enjoy!
