1/2 cup Lemon juice
Lemon zest (as needed)
14oz can of Sweetened condensed milk
9 inch Prepared graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream (as needed)
Sliced almonds (as needed)
Directions
Blend avocado, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
Top with whipped cream and sliced almonds, if desired.
Plce pie in refrigerator for 3-4 hours and allow to set.
Slice and serve.
