Ingredients

Noodles

4 ounces of ground beef

1/2 red pepper seeded and finely chopped

1 Diced green onion.

1 T Soy sauce

1 T peanut butter. Official recipe calls for sesame paste.

1 t sesame oil

garlic and ginger to season pan

Directions

Boil noodles until soft. Heat wok to hot. Add oil. Add garlic and ginger, red pepper. Stir to season the wok. Add ground beef. Cook until just crispy. Take off heat. Add sesame oil, peanut butter, and green onions. Stir it up. Enjoy.

Fuchsia Dunlop calls for pickled vegetable, so toss in a bit of Sauerkraut if you have some.
