Ingredients

4 eggs

3 handfuls grated Parmigiano

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1–2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x12 dish with parchment paper.
