Cheesy Wild Rice Soup

3/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cubed)
6 oz Wild Rice
14.5 tablespoons Water
3/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
4 oz Velveeta Cheese (cut in small cubes)
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
14.5 tablespoon Chicken Broth
Directions
Prep:
Cut chicken to roughly 1" cubes
Steps:
Sprinkle cut Chicken with Salt and Black Pepper and cook through and set aside.
Pour Chicken Broth and Water into a pot and add the Wild Rice (and its season packet).
Bring to boil, then lower to simmer for 20 min (covered).
Mix in Salt, Pepper, and Heavy Whipping Cream into the broth.
Add Velveeta Cheese and Cheddar Cheese to pot, then stir till melted.
Add cooked Chicken to pot and stir to combine well.
