Breakfast Casserole (Scott Koon)

Ingredients

1 lb browned sausage (Jimmy Dean sage)

1 lb cooked, chopped bacon

10 eggs

½ cup milk

2 pkgs crescent rolls (1- 8 pkg and 1- 4 pkg)

1½ to 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º.

Unroll crescent rolls and cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Make sure to cover at least an inch up the sides. Bake for 5 mins, remove from oven and put the browned sausage and cooked bacon in.

Beat the eggs and milk together and pour over meat. Top with cheese.

Bake for approx 25 mins.

You will know when it is done because the center will be firm.
