Ingredients

rice paper

8-12 large shrimp, minced

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp minced ginger (optional)

1 tsp cornstarch

2 scallions chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

pinch of white pepper

oil for brushing

Bang bang sauce:

1/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Mince shrimp, garlic, and ginger. Add to bowl with scallions and rest of ingredients. Mix well and set aside. Place filling in a piping bag. Wet rice paper then pipe filling, and roll it up then into a spiral.

Directions

Place in air fryer and cook 400 F for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway. Mix sauce ingredients together. Serve with dumplings and enjoy! 😉
