1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp double concentrated tomato paste (but it’s even better with 1 cup of cherry tomatoes instead!)
1 can drained chickpeas
2 cups frozen kale or spinach
Salt to taste
Finish with lemon juice if you’ve got it
