Lotsa Layers Taco Dip

1 1/4 cup of salsa or Ortega taco sauce
16 oz refried beans
2 tbsp milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened room temperature
2 1/2 cups of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of taco seasoning (see homemade recipe)
1 cup guacamole
1 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives
One head of romaine lettuce washed and chopped
lots of sliced green onions or chives
Directions
1. place salsa in a sieve to drain any liquid
2. combine refried beans and milk until smooth. you could also use the liquid from the salsa if you prefer instead of milk. spread mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish.
3. combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning with an electric mixer. spread over refried beans.
4. spoon guacamole over cream cheese and gently spread.
5. repeat with drained salsa.
6. top with lettuce, cheese, olives, and green onions
7. chill 1 hour before serving. serve with tortilla chips
