Cowboy Butter Chicken

Cowboy butter sauce :
Directions
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter
6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Medium Shallot (minced)
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsp green onions (green part ) (minced)
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Salt to taste - I used 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken
1.5 pounds chicken
1.5 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon cayenne and paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt
One tablespoon olive oil
To a hot pan ( then turn off heat) and remove from heat add the butter . You don't want butter completely melted , you want it soft.
Add shallot, garlic , thyme, chili flakes, paprika (smoked if you have ) cayenne, Worcestershire sauce , Dijon mustard and salt.
Mix and put on heat for one minute on low heat. Remove from heat.
Add in the fresh parsley and green onions.
Season the chicken . You can use any seasoning you like or season with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, cayenne, salt and olive oil. Mix .
In olive oil sear the chicken 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate.
Brush on the cowboy butter.
Serve hot. Cowboy butter is great with any meat , rice or potatoes.
