With summer ending, you might be back on a tight schedule and in need of a quick morning meal. Sheet Pan-cakes are a high-protein go-to for those busy mornings – they’re easy to make, packed with nutrients, and perfect for feeding a whole crowd.

As always, I got all my ingredients from @sprouts, which has an amazing assortment of high-quality groceries that make healthy eating a lot easier.

Directions

Mix together 3 cups of pancake mix (I used Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix), 2 1/4 cups of milk (I used lactose-free 2%), 2 eggs, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Add to lined sheet pan and add your toppings

Bake in oven at 425˚F for 13 min, or until golden brown

Cut into squares and enjoy!
