Ingredients

1 chopped medium tomato or 15 halved cherry tomatoes

1 can black beans

1/4 cup chow chow

1/4 thinly diced red onion

1 tbsp Italian dressing

1 tsp maple syrup

Seasonings to taste: garlic pepper, Tajín, sazón, cracked black pepper

Directions

Open can of black beans

Dice tomato/es

Dice red onion

Add all to tub or bowl

Add chow chow, Italian dressing, maple syrup

Season to taste

Shack or stir well to combine
