Honey Chipotle Chicken Garlic Buns

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 4):

400g chicken breast cut into fillet strips

1 and 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Tsp garlic granules

Salt

Pepper

25g runny honey

1 and 1/2 tsp chipotle paste

4 brioche buns

4 slices of mozzarella cheese 10g light butter

Tsp chopped garlic

Tsp fresh parsley chopped

Sauce:

20g ranch dressing

1/2 tsp chipotle paste

Season the chicken all over with the smoked paprika, garlic granules and to taste with salt and pepper.

Pan fry until cooked through and then shred. I used a hand whisk but you can use two forks.

Whilst the chicken cooks, make up the sauce with the ingredients listed and set to one side.

Once the chicken is shredded, add in the honey and chipotle paste stirring to combine.

Toast 4 bottom brioche buns. Top with the cheese and the chicken mix followed by the chipotle ranch sauce.

Directions

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-10 mins until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted

Mix together the butter and garlic together blasting in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Brush all over the cooked buns scattering over the parsley.
