Ingredients

2 zero carb street taco tortillas

1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbsp Rao’s pizza sauce

4 slices of turkey pepperoni

dried oregano

crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add most of the mozzarella cheese to one tortilla, saving some for the middle & top.

Spread the pizza sauce on the cheese and top with pepperoni.

Add a small amount of the remaining cheese before placing the second tortilla on. *The cheese acts as a glue to hold everything in place.

Add the remaining cheese to the top of the pizza pocket.

Air fry at 375 for 4-5 minutes.

Top with oregano and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
