Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed and drained

2 cups water

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Add the rice, water, oil and salt to the pot and stir.

Close the lid and select manual (turn off keep warm feature) and cook on high for 4 minutes.

When done, let NR 10 minutes before doing QR.

Open lid and fluff with fork.

Notes

If cooking pot-in-pot add 1 minutes to the cook time.
