½ c. pumpkin seeds

2 Tbsp. olive oil

zest of one orange

1 Tbsp. curry powder

2 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. cayenne

1. Gently warm oil and cook orange zest one minute

2. Add all other ingredients and toast stirring constantly 5-8 more minutes- until toasted
