3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
These directions are for the Typhur Dome 2, in air fryer mode, using the grate. Cooking time may need adjusting for other combinations.
Preheat an Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 400 °F. Cut beef into bite size pieces and the mushrooms into halves.
In a bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Add beef and mushrooms to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 3 minutes.
Remove the basket and toss the steak bites to ensure all sides are getting nice and crispy.
Air fry for another 2 minutes. Check to make sure the internal temperature of the beef reaches at least 145F.
