CREAMY CHEESY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE

Ingredients

20 ounces (567 g) canned cream of chicken soup * cup (175 ml) milk

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1-2 pounds (455 g to about 1 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts

16 ounces (455 g) frozen broccoli

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pound (16 ounces) uncooked pasta or 1 to 2 cups uncooked rice

Sait and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Mix the soup, milk, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowt to create a sauce.

2. Add half of the sauce to the slow cooker.

3. Add the chicken and frozen broccoll on top of the sauce and covei with the remaining sauce mixture.

4. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese.

5. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or unth the chicken is cooked through.

6. About 30 minutes at the end of the cooking time, prepare your rice or noodles on the stove top according to the package directions

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve the creamy chicken on top of the rice or noodles
