Creamy Beef Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni - A Comforting Pasta Di

1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz rigatoni pasta
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Boil salted water and cook rigatoni to al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef and sausage until browned.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Lower the heat, add cream and milk, and stir.
Simmer, then add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Toss cooked rigatoni in the sauce until evenly coated.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
