1 cup Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in bowl.
Notes
This sauce is meant to be tangy and spicy to balance the rich smoked pork. One 12-ounce bottle of Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce will yield more than enough for this recipe.
