Four Layer Dessert

Ingredients

1/2 C butter

1 C flour

2 TBSP sugar

3/4 C pecans

8 oz cream cheese

1 C confectionary sugar

Large container cool whip

2 small pkgs instant pudding

3 C milk

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Melt butter and mix with flour, sugar and pecans. Press into 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes and cool.

Mixed together cream cheese, confectionery sugar and half container of Cool Whip spread over crust.

Mix two small packages of instant pudding, 3 cups of milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cream cheese layer.

Add remaining Cool Whip to top. Sprinkle with pecans or anything you want.

Refrigerate for several hours and serve.

You can use any kind of instant pudding; chocolate, lemon, banana cream or pistachio.
