Ingredients

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup butter

1 cup milk

10 slices American cheese, chopped

1/2 cup Colby jack shredded cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt and white pepper, to taste

1 1/2 cup cooked pasta

Directions

Melt butter in a small saucepan

Add flour and cook lightly

Add milk and whisk to incorporate.

Bring to a boil, take off the heat and stir in cheese to melt.

Season to taste with salt and white pepper.

Mix with Mickey Pasta
