  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tsp Crispy Chilli Oil

  • A pinch of flakey sea salt

  • 1 Tsp Honey

  • X2 steaks of your choice

  • Rice to serve

  1. Prepare the butter by combining all the ingredients

  2. cook rice according to instructions

  3. cook steak

  4. serve with the butter and the rice
