Ingredients

1 carrot, peeled (135 g)

¼ onion (70 g)

1 knob ginger (17 g)

1½ Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp miso

¼ salt (to taste)

freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

½ cup rice vinegar (unseasoned)

¼ cup neutral oil

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and rip it!

Store in the fridge.
