Ingredients

6 pound pork shoulder (bone-in)

2 Tbsp Hawaiian Alaea salt

1 tsp Liquid Smoke (can substitute 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce if no Liquid Smoke)

Directions

1. Add pork to the slow cooker, fattier side up.

2. Season with salt all over then add the Liquid Smoke or Worcestershire.

3. Cover and cook on low for 24 hours (don't add any water).

4. Serve. Can be used in rice bowls, tacos, burritos, bbq nachos, bbq mac n' cheese, taquitos, etc.
