CREAMi Ice Cream Base
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp flavoring or 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Vanilla, Mint, almond, or fruit extract.
Microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds.
Add sugar and flavor, then whisk the mixture until it looks like frosting.
Slowly mix in heavy cream and milk until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the base into CREAMi Pint.
Place lid on the pint.
Freeze for 24 hours.
Mix using ICE CREAM setting on CREAMi.
Mix in your favorite toppings.
