Garlic Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

500g radishes, trimmed and halved

5 garlic cloves, crushed

40g butter

Salt and black pepper

Fresh chives, snipped, to serve

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line a large baking tray with foil and set aside.

2 In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss to coat the radishes completely in the melted butter.

3 Place the radishes on the prepared baking tray, cut side down.

4 Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5 Scatter over some snipped fresh chives and serve immediately.
