2.5 pound ground turkey

Head of cauliflower
Cilantro
1-2 quarts chicken stock
Vidalia onion
Jasmine rice
Directions
In a bowl, mix ground turkey with
Fish sauce
Cumin
Garlic (minced)
Parsley
Pepper
Olive oil
2. Sauté onions & more garlic in olive oil
3. Add 1-2 bowls of water to garlic & onions, enough to cover meatballs, boil
4. Spoon turkey mix (balls) into boiling water
5. Add 1-2 quarts chicken stock, bring to a boil and simmer
6. Add cauliflower florets, simmer until soft
7. Add cilantro at the last minute
8. Serve over white jasmine rice
