Ingredients

1100 Gm Whole milk

28 Gm Whole Milk Powder

68 Gm Cacao Barry CACAO POWDER - EXTRA BRUTE

150 Gm granulated sugar

2 Gm Salt

12 Gm vanilla extract

Directions

Add the milk to a pan on the stovetop.

Sift the milk powder and cacao powder and mix into the milk along with the sugar and salt.

Heat this mixture up to 175°F while stirring.

Add in the vanilla.

Serve warm or chill and enjoy as a cold chocolate beverage.
