Paprika Chicken Alfredo

180g tagliatelle pasta
250g chicken breast, diced
3 tsp paprika

20g light butter
2 garlic
50g lightest cream cheese
20g parmesan
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Salt + pepper
Directions
Season the chicken with 2 tsp paprika.
Spray a frying pan with some olive oil and add the chicken pieces over a medium-high heat for around 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the tagliatelle to a saucepan of salted boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve the pasta water.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the butter and garlic until melted then stir to coat the chicken.
Add a ladle of pasta water then the cream cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg and most of the parmesan (saving some for topping).
Stir and bring to a simmer, then add the pasta and another ladle of pasta water. Toss to coat for a couple more mins until the pasta is fully cooked.
Top with the remaining parmesan and some parsley!
