Four-Layer Dessert (Aunt Adell)

1st layer:
1¼ cups flour
⅓ cup nuts
1 stick butter
2nd layer:
1½ cups Cool Whip 1 cup confectioner sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Blend together and put on first layer.
3rd layer:
2 packages any flavor instant pudding mix.
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
4th layer:
Cool Whip
Directions
1st layer:
1¼ cups flour
⅓ cup nuts
1 stick butter
Cut together; press in 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
2nd layer:
1½ cups Cool Whip
1 cup confectioner sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Blend together and put on first layer.
3rd layer:
Use 2 packages any flavor instant pudding mix.
Mix with 3 cups milk and 1 tsp vanilla; let stand until thick.
4th layer:
Spread layer of Cool Whip on top of mix and sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
