Ingredients

This foaming dish soap cuts grease without coating your dishes (or your hands) in mystery chemicals.

Because clean dishes shouldn’t come with a side of endocrine disruptors.

The evidence:

Most store-bought dish soaps rely on:

Synthetic fragrance (often hiding phthalates)

Harsh surfactants that dry out skin

Dyes & preservatives that add zero cleaning power

Soap + water does the cleaning. The rest is just marketing.

Foaming Dish Soap

You’ll need:

1¾ cups warm distilled water

¼ cup liquid Castile soap

1½ tsp washing soda (grease-cutting MVP)

10–15 drops essential oil (lemon, grapefruit, orange)

Directions

Dissolve washing soda in warm water

Slowly add Castile soap

Add essential oils

Gently swirl — don’t shake

Pour into a foaming pump

Why it works:

Castile soap lifts dirt

Washing soda breaks down grease

Foaming pump = less soap, better rinse, happier hands

Real talk:

This is for everyday dishes, scrape food first and let chemistry do the rest.

Clean dishes. Soft hands. No chemical hangover.

Save it. Make it. Refill forever 🌿
