Classic Crêpes

Ingredients

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup milk, or more if needed

- 3 Tablespoons sugar

- 2 pinches salt

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt & sugar.

  2. Then add the flour, little by little.

  3. Strain the batter through a sieve.

  4. Add the melted butter and whisk until the batter is smooth.

  5. Let it sit covered for 30 mins before making the crepes.

Notes

  • If the batter is too thick, add a teeny bit more milk to thin.
