Victoria Hands Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 50–60 minutes

Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients:

– 1 cup pumpkin

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup white sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– Pinch of nutmeg

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 1 1/2 cups milk

– 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and nutmeg.

3. Stir in beaten eggs.

4. Gradually add milk, mixing until smooth.

5. Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.

6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges puff slightly.

7. Let cool before slicing.

Note: For a deeper pie or to double the recipe, use 5 eggs and 2 3/4 cups milk.
