Crispy Rice:

250g basmati rice, cooked

1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 ½ tsp sesame oil

1 tsp crispy chilli oil

Salmon:

280g salmon fillets, skin removed

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt

Sweet Chilli Sauce:

60g low-fat mayo

60g light Greek yogurt

30g sweet chilli sauce

Salad:

260g cucumber (about 1), diced

100g edamame

1/4 bunch spring onion, sliced

1/4 bunch fresh coriander, chopped

1 avocado (about 160g), diced

Bagel seasoning, to taste
